Has anyone installed LED headlight bulbs into their (pre-facelift) EOS? Can't tell if there is enough space behind the little doors to install ones with a fan, or maybe the copper heatsink braids.

I also am assuming that the projector housing will minimize or eliminate the glare other drivers would experience. This is also a concern so please let me know.

Any suggestions warmly appreciated!

I don't think there is enough space behind there. But, I also know there are led h4 lights with the cooling fan in the front - I just fitted my motorcycle with those for test purpose. Of cource these are from chinese origin.

If you take the rear covers off of the high beam housings, you can fit leds with cooling fans inside. I used Opt 7 LEDs with great results. The low beams are a different story. The bulb is offset from the center of the rear cover, and I could not fit the leds. The units were too long with the cooling fans. However, I may try the LEDs with the braided wire heat sinks instead.
