Has anyone on the web documented what's involved in lowering the Eos? I know the back is a piece of cake but I've heard different stories about the front. Some being that some of the bolts are one use only, etc. Figured I'd ask around before purchasing the 100$ shop manual DVD.

i'll try to take some step-pics when I swap the AP coils out for the KW. the front wise, usually we replace the bush cos if u stay too long with it, removing them might engage a 'break' in contact and u get lotsa funny noises on the roads, esp going thru humps or bumpy areas. Vw classified such under consumable I think :D

Thanks. Are the torque settings listed anywhere online?
