Cant wait to see my new Red EOS. Have been told it is being built this week. Expect delivery just in time for Easter Weekend. Good Weather is requested.....:) DSG, leather, and who gets to drive it first - me or hubby....:D Look forward to hearing from anyone else in Scotland who has DSG Diesel.

Hardy!

Can't believe how many people up there in bonny Scotland seem to have Eoses! The forum seems to be split equally between Sunny California/Texas in the USA and Scotland!!

As one with 'Viking Blood' [according to my wife, I hail from Middlesbrough and don't feel the cold too much] I do understand - and actually a convertible makes more sense in a temperate climate than a hot one [30c and roof down anyone! On a hot day on the M25 that could be akin to suicide!] - beautiful crisp clear Spring day, heater and seats on, cold air wafting around ones ears - ahhhh, I can't wait

So - I live on the South Coast, near Brighton and commute to Reading most days - haven't seen a single Eos down here yet - when mine arrives next month will I have exclusivity????

:) Hi jmac
I've have a TDI Sport with DSG from Jan first this year and had no problems at all with it, touch wood, and and all I can tell you is that you will love it,
The sooner Andrew sets up a Scottish region the better, as it seems there is a lot of us now.

yeah, Scotland is taking over the eoses!!!

I have (well am soon to be getting in a couple of weeks!) a diesel but not the DSG.

I have always wanted a convertible and think as long as its not raining, I will definitely use the roof and with heated seats, I will stay nice and toasty!! Can't wait to take delivery! :D

Graham,

Sure, I figured I would build the regions the way the Romans built their roads.
Know why they built them straight?

Stops people opening corner shops!

New section for Ireland added.

Didn't realize they built them strait. I was thinking along the lines of not building a road until you see where the foot traffic is. I know a few Universities did something similar. They built buildings in a new area then waited to see where the students walked. Once they saw the dirt trails they built the walkways. I think the idea was borrowed from the Romans.
