So, I bought my first new car today and it was an 2009 Komfort Eos, Opal Silver ext Black int with MP3 adaptor.

I was driving a 1998 Chrysler Sebring convertible and traded it in. It got too loud for me but I still wanted a convertible. So, after researching several models; BMW 3 series, Chrysler Sebring Hardtop, Pontiac G6, and the VW Eos, I settled on the Eos. There really wasn't much of a comparison. There were things I liked about the Pontiac, such as the remote ignition, and the overall look. There were things liked about the Sebring such as a cold/hot cup holder and remote ignition. But overall, the Eos beat everyone in features and price. Plus, my dealer was so great about the purchase... no games.

So, today, I am a brand new Eos owner and I believe I will always be a happy Eos owner.

Hi

:D Congrats on your purchase. I bought my blue beauty in 2007 ( one of the first in our fair city) and still love it. You will receive endless compliments and glances...mine is in pristine condition albeit the beige leather is hell to keep clean. Enjoy , Johnny from Vancouver, BC, home of the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Congrats and welcome! We (Mrs. Z-man and I) just took delivery of her new Eos a couple of weeks ago (see thread I started a couple of lines below... )

A few years ago, we visited Washington State, and were mezmerized by Mt. Rainier. You have tons of beautiful roads to drive on... Enjoy, and here's to lots and lots of miles of top-down motoring!
