Hi

I'm just about to become a new owner and am very excited. I've been waiting for nearly 2 years for my Eos but at last I will get to drive it on Friday.

Hi to everyone else who has one. Obviously good taste!

Congratulations, you will love it i'm sure. I have had about 6 new cars (non-VW) now and the EOS is by far the best I have ever owned.

Here's hoping the weather is good and you can get the top down as well.

2 years? Are you another one (like me) who ordered an Eos when you saw the Concept C? You're the only other one I've ever heard of doing that!

I would never even have considered the other CC's even though I love the idea of a convertible hardtop (ever since I saw a Ford Skyliner back in 1959 in a street full of Ford Populars and Morris Minors!) but the combination of VW quality, brilliant engine, handling, great style and practicality too is absolutely compelling. I've had new VW's (Scirocco) and Audis before but have had Alfa Romeos since 1994 so it's quite a relief to get back into a quality product that doesn't lose its entire value overnight!

What's your colour combination?
