Hi,
This seems like a weird question, but I want to remove some Oil from my Eos... I put this in the tech forum, but no one is reading it!
I have heard that the oil drain plug is at the back drivers side of the engine.
Assuming this is true, do you have to take the metal cover off to get to it? If so, what is the best way to get this off and can it be done on the ground or will it need to be jacked up?
Also, I have now read that you have to change the drain plug if you loosen it to let some oil out! That is rediculous... I have done that in loads of cars, loosen so some comes out slowly and then tighten again!
Anyone tried this or have any thoughts... Gonna buy some of those Axel Stands from Halfords so I can get the car higher up to do this oil drain!
Any help or even photos would be wonderful!
Thanks
Simon
