A radio head unit that has Bluetooth connectivity for 'Hands free' and instructions for that specific model radio (and Android phone!) on how to pair to two Bluetooth capable devices.

What radio do you have? Not all EOS's have bluetooth.
How do you find out what radio we have? We are subscribed to Serious Music, so we do have sat radio....
You can post a picture and we can identify it for you. Some factory radios have no bluetooth, others have it internal and others have it mounted under the passenger seat. The el chepo indash six disc changer head unit has no bluetooth.
Premium 7 radio, the el cheapo model. No bluetooth. Best course of action is to replace with a RCD or RNS if you want a factory VW radio or go aftermarket.
What aftermarket do you suggest

Well, that kind of depends upon what features your looking for. I am more of an audiophile, so power, DSP and tuning functions are important. If you just want a easy plug and play solution that provides bluetooth and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, many VW owners opt for an RCD330/360, its a pretty common upgrade, it won't have some of the advanced features of an aftermarket head unit nor the power output and flexibility to add external amplification though.

I used a RCD360 for a bit before I swapped it out for a Pioneer DMH1500NEX
