Hi, welcome to the site!

I've had a small problem with mine opening about 2 inches and not closing when all the doors are shut so i just make sure i pull the switch for the windows to make sure they are all up have you tried that?

Other than that i dont know! Sorry :)

I have heard reports of this happening. The window may need to be adjusted by your dealer. Basically, the pinch protection might be engaging when hitting the window seals. It's a simple procedure, so shouldn't take too long.

There are quite a few mentions of this already on various threads on the site, including by me.

It seems to be the window's fail-safe mechanism opening it because it thinks it's hit an object so comes back down again, and it seems to happen also when the gap is just closing automatically after shutting the doors and the windows have come down a little. A couple of times it's happened to me in the city centre and I hadn't realised until returning to the car but so for I've been lucky and no-one has nicked anything. It was pouring with rain once though... Then it hasn't happened again since.

had it happen 2 times to me, and was def the "safety"/pinch sensors

2 things i tried, that worked - putting the windows up as far as they would go without triggering the sensor, then closing the door - so its not quite shut, and then gently closing the door with a bum push! I thought the window would stay put, but as it was, it rose a little (as it usually does when you shut the door) and was then fine. Rather random solution, but was the only thing that I tried that worked!

Other thing to try, is running your finger around the window seal, just to make sure any grit/dirt etc is removed, window should then shut - well, i say should....
