Sorry can't help there. These are standard kit on sport models in UK. However some of the US members have done this I think as they are non-standard there.

Pedals

Just ask your dealer to install the Sport Pedals. I did, and they look wonderful. Make the car look finished and get the Monster Mats because they are great in the winter months and having just the carpet ones will end in ugly moments. Cheers ... Johnny from Vancouver, Canada

What do Sport Pedals looks like? Any pictures? Are they gas/clutch/break pedals? If so, how cool can it be as they are under the dash so no one actually see them. You only step on them with your shoes as you drive. You don't ask someone to look underneath the dash just to see the pedals right? Don't understand the logic of paying for toys like that?

Thanks for the photo but still don't get it...why buy something that no one except the driver will notice and does not improve performance of the car?

This style of pedal was originally intended to minimise the possibility of feet slipping on the pedals when braking or changing gear especially if the soles of your shoes were wet on rainy days.

They also made "heel and toe" gear changing easier when driving cars fitted with "crash" gearboxes - the advent of all-synchromesh manual gearboxes has virtually eliminated this technique except for racing car drivers competing in touring car races.

I would install them as a safety item and not as a cosmetic enhancement.
