Hi, can anyone help in identifying which radio I have in my 2008 TSI Sport, the guide that the dealer supplied does not match the unit installed.

I'd say the first one is the RCD300. The one in the book looks like mine and is an RCD310

The first one is an RCD500; standard in Australia and optional in the UK where the RCD300 was standard.
The RCD310 replaced the RCD300 in the 2009 model year (from late June 2008).
Similarly, the RCD500 was replaced with the RCD510.

Hmmm, I would have said the first one is the RCD300... It's what I had before I put in my MFD NAV...

Hi,
first pic is an RCD300 or if you have an CD changer installed in your armrest it's called RCD500.

My mistake, it is an RCD300.
The RCD300 has a single CD slot but you can add the external 6-CD changer in the centre console.
The RCD500 looks the same, but has an internal 6-CD changer.
In place of the "Mix" button on the RCD300, the RCD500 has a "Load" button.

Thanks to all and yes it is the RCD 300 - the dealer also came up trumps and posted me the correct manual.
