Hi everyone, sorry if this question has already been asked, I've searched the forum and cant find any info on this.

I took delivery of my Eos just over a week ago. I have programmed 6 radio stations on the radio unit, however when I scroll through the MFD arrows on the steering wheel, it brings up about 12 local radio stations, including the ones I've programmed, but not in any order. So to get to the stations I want to listen to I have to scroll through all these other ones. Does anyone know how I can wipe this setting/memory and only scroll through the 6 I want to listen to?

My dealer has told me theres no way around it, if you're using the arrows on the steering wheel via the Audio setting with the MFD you will scroll through all the local stations...Im hoping this isnt the case!
Thanks (and hope this makes sense!)

Please help.... Radio programming problem.

I have the same problem as the post above. I cannot get the steering wheel audio to program to the stations I want.

Does any of the 1,000 members know how to program the steering wheel radio stations? Please advise.

My other car, a Merc C class has no such problem. It may be a software glitch on the VW.

The whole world is full of software glitches unfortunately so why would VW be any different. Software in all sorts of devices (irrespective whether they cost $50 or $500k) causes me constant daily grief at work. And when software problems are fixed it is usually one step forward and two steps backwards. When I am told at work that a software upgrade is heading my way I know I am going to be screwed!!!!
