The thread drift to eBay is "on topic:" as far as I am concerned as the original question also required an answer detailing shipment and delivery details for the supplier involved.
This requirement is even more important where international shipping is required for the item to be delivered and a new member of this forum is involved/
eBay shipping issues are a regular feature of this and other automotive forums that I participate in and first-time or "newbie" members often are not aware of the problems that can arise hence our more experienced regular contributors often mention these problems.
