I have a vw eos 2006 1.6l fsi.
I tried opening my roof today, it lifted the trunk but the roof wouldn`t move and I got a system error. Then I drove for 10 min did it again and it opend normaly. I closed it a half an hour later and tried to open it again in 10 min but it didn`t move and I couldn`t open it since.

What does a diagnostics scan say about the error history? You are probably looking for an intermittent fault somewhere in a very complex roof control system with zillions of wires, connectors, roof sensors and computer modules. Either you or somebody else has to begin a process of logical fault finding using software tools, knowledge and experience of the EOS roof system.
