All,

When the roof was constructed and calibrated, the factory put some kind of paint substance on the key bolts and links... I assume this is so they can see if there has been any movement should there be issues (which there aren't)....

If I open my boot (trunk) and look on the left, there is a bolt with a washer and then the arm which supports the boot. There is the same on the right..

I noticed when I picked the car up that whilst the bolt and the arm are still lined up (the paint!), the washer looks like it had spun slightly... It never seems to move, so maybe it happened at the factory after they marked it... I am not going to worry about it as everything looks tight and happy, but I just wondered if anyone elses was like this, or whether it was all inline!

Please take a look and let me know... If this isn't clear, please let me know and I will take a post a quick photo!

Thanks

Pics

OK, now I have some pics.... It's possible the dealer had a play cos there is a tiny rattle which I currently ignore!

Any one else's not inline? Would be interested to know!

As you can see, one of mine is OK (Left Pic) and one the washer seems to have moved slightly (Right Pic)
