Just reinstalled luggage cover on our 2007 EOS and tried to open roof. All goes well, except the two side rails (above front windows) won't budge? When reinstalling luggage cover, I trimmed a thin plastic piece from the plastic hinge cover, since it made hinge cover installation difficult. Can't believe that little piece is the culprit. Any suggestions? I have appointment for service 4/28/09.

Do you get an error message, or does it just stop? Is the hydraulic pump straining?

It sounds like you perhaps have put something in the way or one of the sensors, or the ram cover is jamming the ram itself...

I have had a problem with the left side flap being blocked by the part of the headliner that is folded by a string. You can move the headliner out of the way and the top will go down. Dealer adjusted it and I have had it hang up only once more since. I know of one other person that has had this problem.
