The roof on my beloved Eos wouldn't close the other day. Went through all the usual checks to see if anything had shifted in the boot etc. Checked was well clear of obstructions - no problem there. After running out of things to try, I opened and closed the passenger door, which had not been touched since the previous roof operation. Hey presto, all was well!
Don't know the explanation for this, but I offer the experience in case it maybe useful to someone else out there sometime.

Good luck
Noel

A useful tip for future reference, thanks for the info. (Hopefully I will never need it but you never know!):)

I have never had it not close, but four times it has stopped midway in the opening sequence. The first three times I just reversed the process and it opened fully. This last time it stopped twice, so I re-closed the cargo cover to make sure it was set properly and the top went all the way. Usually, the top only malfunctions if you are showing how slick it works : )
