have just bought a 2.0 tfsi, really happy with it but seem to have a problem that if i boot it on a bend or at a roundabout the esp kicks in and the car just wants to slide across the road, can be good fun feels a bit like rally driving!!!
Is this normal or does anyone thing there is a problem with the car?

My 'loan' Eos does this as well. In Comparison to my normal TDi it is quite lively.....

You three should try snowmobiling in Canada if you enjoy what your describing! Bit scary when it first happens on the ice and in the snow, but once you get used to the idea and know its all part of the enjoyment, its great. We are off as usual in February - can't wait.

Try switching the ESP off it makes for more fun and stops the behaviour. The ESP is designed to keep you in a straight line during a skid. It can be a problem with the Eos, do the same maneouver with it switched off and see the difference.
