Hi,
just got in the Eos and my seatbelt wont lock, it seems that the module you plug it into (I know not very technical) is broken.

it looks like a piece is missing as when I compare it to the other one the top metal locking pieces below the red push button where you plug the seatbelt into is missing.

It looks like it has fallen through the module and is stuck at the bottom!!..... any ideas??????

hi there,just had the same problem,it has to go to a vw dealer if still under warranty,they will have to order a new one in as item not stocked as is explosive(so they say),i dont know the cost if you have to buy one but know its not cheap,hope this helps,adam

Seatbelt pre-tensioner!
Similar to air-bags I think.
