Well what can I say, after the endless weeks of waiting for her, she has finally arrived, and what a looker and performer she is!

I'm very surprised at how quick she is and feel that she must be putting out somewhat more than 200bhp.

The Xenons are great, the Dynaudio Sound system is also very good, the bum burners are very useful and the roof is a theatrical masterpiece! Oh, and she handles like a go-cart too.

But the question is, and at this moment in time I don't know the answer to this.... Is she a 2008 model? The reason I ask is that I think she has the Highline computer (a full screen without the warning lights panel at the top) but she hasn't got Sat-Nav. My dealer seemed to think that the Highline computer comes with the Multi Function Steering Wheel but only on the 08 model. Does anybody know what the Highline Computer does over the Midline?

She also has some little downlighters on the undersides of the wing mirrors but I'm not sure if the older ones have this or not.

Can't explain the MFD differences, but mine which was one of the first built has the downlights on the mirrors!

Mine has the downlighters and the highline computer and it's an 07 car.

Hi guys,

Fresh back from a whole day EDA'ing What a car! WHAT A CAR!!!!

Just one (seemingly minor) problem so far, a horrible clicking noise that seems to be coming from the tweeter on the passenger door. I think i recall seeing a similar problem mentioned by another member so will do a search shortly.

I guess it's a trip to the dealer next week but for now, I am not going to let that detract from what is a fantastic car all round

Hey Gavin, pleased you got your motor mate, same time as I did it seems, probably shared a boat!

I have the 2.0 FSI sport with no multifunction steering wheel so I can't answer that part but I do have the down lighters on the wing mirrors! Very cool idea, didn't know they were going to be there at all!

Any other bits you didn't think would be on there that are?
