As a very proud owner of new Eos (well 2 years old, but new to me!) I have a a problem where I lowered the roof for the first time and in doing so the struts on the boots opening mechanism scratched one of my roof side panels!!! On taking to my local dealer for investigation, they said that the boot liner has been broken and whilst it does clip in place, when unclipped, is free to move around the boot area! The non-local VW dealer where I bought the car says this is how it should be! Who is right? I think I know, but if you guys could confirm, that would be great as it will help me with my warranty claim! Andrea
