Can I use steelwheels / snowtires without TPMS sensers ?

You could, but the TPMS indicators will always be on. In the US you cannot legally disable the system on anything 08 and newer. Also it is almost impossible to get anything over 16 inch in steel.

My EOS is a 2007 and when I went in to have my snow tires installed, they told me it would be another $400 to have the sensors installed and if I didn't have the sensors installed, it would beep at me when I started the car and it may be annoying. I opted not to pay for the sensors, and haven't had a single issue. Maybe it is because it's older than 2008 though.
