recently my roof started to have a dreadful squeek from the rear window only after the roof was put back up. it lasted for arround 10 mins befroe stopping.
after alot of trial and error it turned out to be the hard rubbers on either end of the side pannels at the extreme of the felt that sits on the chrome boot strip. i fixed it with a small application of Krytox.
