Sounds like there is excess oil in the door channel? Seems like you have a few problems to deal with. I'd be taking the car back to the dealer, giving him a list, and getting all these little "bugs" fixed.

Not sure when you got your Eos but if you have a good dealer who lubricated the window and roof seals before delivery this may be part of the problem.
When I lubricated my window seals a few weeks ago the Krytox gets on the glass at the top and side edges. This then seems to get onto the seals in the door and contaminates them and subsequently I have had smearing on the windows. This is still present now but does seem to be getting less now.
