went to see our sales man today to get some lube for the seals oh my god what a palava! told him v.w customer service had said i could have some free of charge due to the trouble i had trying to get it from v.w he wanted to give it to me but his manager wouldnt let him said some one has to pay for it, so got on phone to customer service explained what was going on and she spoke to manager eventually got it free . all for the sake of £39 they would have lost a good customer relationship , unbelievable! no way was i backing down and the tube is so small .

Ironically, I spent the £39 on mine, then when I picked the car up, they gave me one! LOL

My garage had never heard of the stuff, the servicing team yet again thought I was being a "girl" who knows nothing about anything.
Then the parts team thought I was making it up and asked why on earth I needed to buy it - which they didn't have anyway and said my best bet was to try the audi garage!
