Just had call from the dealer and EOS arrived at Grimsby and due in at our dealership on Tuesday. Then to be fitted with Cruise Control and personal nbr plates and to be picked up (and paid for) on Saturday 10th. Can't wait, sorry Gary can't wait. Have just txt him with the news and thought I'd get this on the forum to let you all know asap. Please God it's all the correct spec. When's the next meet anywhere, anyone ? EDA's here we come.

We have a spare ping pong ball for your garage if you need it - easier to put up with the roof down and a long broom handle to mark the spot!! Perhaps this bit of info should be included in the technical side of the forum - what on earth is all this about I hear other Eos owners saying........!!!

Yes, wife of Skidoo, you are quite spooky - you always knew when G's Eos would land in Grimsby. If you can wheedle some Krytox from our dealer you are a better gal than me Gungerdin!

Just thought, when you get yours that will make 3 in Waitrose car park - best get some bays marked out, away from the 4 x 4's, cars which have child on board notices, unwashed cars (obviously unloved by their owners) and lets not forget the trolley park!

I am sure you will both have lots of fun with your Eos - look forward to seeing you and Skidoo on Christmas Day going topless - probsbly see you on the 10th - first port of call I believe!!

Signing off now, I hear the rig arriving with the hovercraft aboard......at least my Eos will get a night to itself in the garage!!

You didn't mention which wheels you're getting in your signature. You did remember to order some wheels?!

Wheels ? oh yes wheels, we definately have those ! Have checked his spec and its Solitudes neh321. Have altered signature to take this into account now. I also bought him the little model EOS in his colours as a suprise and gave it to him when the car didn't turn up on the hoped for weekend - well at least he had something to look at !!!

I forgot to order wheels with mine, but luckily I remembered just in time! LOL

I have the same 1/43 model (Norev?) also in Silver/Red. It has the Le Mans wheels and steering wheel on the wrong side but no matter!
