Any assistance would be helpful..... I've tried everything I can think of. Raising and lowering windows, openning and shutting the trunk (boot), trying to adjust the plastic thingy but no good. I even took it for a alittle drive... and talked nice to it.

When I try to raise to top, the windows go down, the side flaps open and the trunk makes noises - and that's it. When I let of the control button the trunk unlatches??? I get no message about the CSC.

The car is six months old and its dirty and its going to rain tomorrow.... I need the top up.

I love this car - I don't want it to get wet.... Thanks

I don't know if this will help,but:
1.) have you checked to make sure there is nothing in the trunk which is touching or preventing a roof section from moving?
2.) have you tried re-postioning the inside trunk lid to make sure it is in the proper configuration?

Yep, I looked around poked a bit at the trunk lid had a couple of friends take a peek and no good. I'll drive it to dealer in the morning and hopefully they can do throw some mojo on it and make it work. I hope the rain holds up.

Top fixed by dealer .... had to replace the Top Control Module.

The dealer could raise the top with their "computer" but it wouldn't lock. They called it a "Guided Fault".

Life is good again.

From what I have heard, in the whole scheme of things, there really aren't any serious recurring issues. Obviously one or two people will have issues, but there are no issues with the general design and reliability...

It's a BRILLIANT mechanism and I could watch it go up and down all day long!!
