Were you standing up in the back seat catching wind to get that shot?

Thanks, GTiceman. I think the shot is more toward good than great, but it was definitely a great time.

Darren: No, I didn't stand. I wasn't *exactly* planted on the seat, but mostly I just held my camera up over my head to get that angle.

Crikey - hope nothing comes the other way. You're on the wrong side of the road!

(But then so is everyone else in the US so you'll probably be OK...)

Terrific shot!
Can you provide details? (Camera, shutter speed...etc)

Thanks,

This photo was taken in the Medieval Gem of Kent known as Faversham; specifically, on the Western Link. Boy, some of you folks sure seem to worry a lot about what side of the road you're on. I thought driving a convertible was all about freedom.

All of the above was a lie, but the important photo details are:

ISO 200
1/30
12mm

Thanks for enjoying, and keep the rubber side (mostly) down everybody.

When you guys over there drive on the "wrong side of the road" don't you have to reach over the cupholders to get to the parking brake?

Good point - and because of that I understand that we will soon be changing to driving on the wrong side. Lorries will be starting in 2010, cars and small vans in 2011 and then followed by bikes and skateboards in 2012

Yes! And they're in the way of the gear-lever. And for that reason I find them totally unusable for their intended purpose!

Sounds a bit like before we brought in decimalisation and someone said "can't we wait to do it till all the old people die out first" !
