Can anyone please advise where I can buy Krytox to apply to the seals around the roof to ensure leaks don't appear and also which is the right bottle / spec of Krytox to buy as there appears to be a number of different products out there. :)

Your local VW dealer should have some although it is expensive. There are lots of threads on this already discussing which Krytox is best etc and where to buy it. Do a search and see what comes up.:D

This is where I got mine from.

The guys there are very helpful.
There is a minimum order so you get 2 bottles for less than the price of 1 from VW.
Very fast service. Ordered at lunchtime & arrived following morning.

Cambourne7,
I purchased my car last month. I asked the dealer about lubricating the seals & if I could purchase the approved lubricant. He advised that there was no need as this would all be taken care of during the service.
You pays your money, etc.............
Interestingly, when I purchased the car (new) there was a sachet of lubricant in the boot.
