Hy, about volkswagen eos, for me it is the best car in the all world (specially mine) :) , but there is only one proble that I dont know if it is only in my car or in all models- my windows does not close when I press hard the command to close the car in the key control. Is it normal in the all Eos models or it is a failure of mine? I know that other models like Golf have this operation by the key control. Thank you very much, king regards.

The capability is there, but you'll have to get a VW shop or someone with VAG-COM to turn it on for you. At least in the U.S., Eos do not come with the windows up/down with remote lock/unlock feature enabled.

I'm sure a helpful VW shop could fix the problem fairly inexpensively, but in case you're more of a DIY person, Ross-Tech's VAG-COM software is great. I bought it to do work on my Eos, including turning on the remote window operation, removing DRLs, etc. FYI, the pertinent page on Ross-Tech's website is the following (the Eos is electrically similar to the MkV Golf):

Scroll down to "Operating Windows and Sunroof with Remote".

about 2-3 weeks back someone posted on this board a link to a database where you could find locals with Vag-Comm willing to help others for small fee or lunch, etc.

I can't find that link again but thought it might help others if it was posted again.

In any case, I used the database, found a guy 10 minutes away who modded his GTI. He was more than willing to help me make 1 mod to change my DRLs to fogs instead of headlights.

If someone has that link again, please post it here....it may help those who want the window programming changed.
