... as part of the roof sequence or if I use the single switch that does all 4 windows. There is about 8mm of each main window still showing and the rear windows are out of sight but still press slightly on the outer black rubber seal making it bulge a bit.

If I then press each individual switch in turn they drop down that last little bit and all 4 fully retract out of sight leaving all the rubbers flat (as they should look).

Anyone else get this??

Mine go fully down with the roof down. But stop short with the door switch. A second press of the switch makes them disappear completely.
I agree with Simon looks like it's designed to do that.

According to my dealer, all 08 chassis EOS's are the same, with the windows sticking up ever so slightly. These are also the ones on which the windows do not raise after lowering the roof.

Yes mine is the same and a second flick of the big switch in the door control panel sends them all down. Its not a problem but I do wonder why the windows dont go all the way down the first time? Maybe its to stop that bad habit of leaning your arm on the top of the drivers door while driving!
