Guys need some help here.....

i was given
Shell Helix Ultra VX 5W-30 from the dealer...

when asking vw tech support they answered back saying

''The oil we recommend for your car has a spec on the side of the oil container is VW 507 00 this is the ONLY oil spec that can be used due to DPF filter. The oil usage can be found in the owner hand booklet 3.2 tips and maintenance under the checking oil level. It states that oil consumption can be up 1 litre of oil per 1000km and it also states that for the first 5000km it is likely to be higher.''

iv laready put some shell in the car....dealer told me to top up aftre 200 miles...
what are your thoughts? what oil do I use for TDI DSG?
Is the shell likely to cause harm?

in my shock let me now check side of container,

apolgies....either way have people been recommended to top up after 200 miles plus how do you read dipstick its impossible, just gonna have to wait until light comes on

bit strange the side is saying

'' for use when handbook says

507 00 606 505 504 503 502, so its n0t just for 507....
