excellent, I think I win....22 yrs old, but purchased at 21yrs. Where i dont win....is insurance....costs a fortune!!
Haha dammit I miss out by 3 years there! Insurance is a nightmare until you turn 25, but to be honest I only pay just over £400 now so I'm happy with that. You have a lot to look forward to in 3 yrs time!!! :D

ha ha sorry trish :D

I had to go for diesel last night i had 5 miles on my counter, the petrol station is about 1 mile away i was in the middle of town about 1/2 a mile away and my counter went to 0 i pooped myself but luckily snobbers was a good boy and got me to the petrol station. but get this...

I went to shell on thursday i put in £30.01 i already had 70 miles in my tank and my counter went up to 210 miles.

Yesterday i went to tesco i put in again £30.01 (i can never get it all 00's now since the prices have gone up grr) i had 0 miles in my tank but i got 340 miles!!!!

Now is it my car and it estimated it wrong or is it shell ripping me off??

No it's just your computer using the latest info to work out the current mpg figure to give you what's left. If you were doing 50 mpg when you pulled in you'd get loads of miles but if you had started up from cold and only done a short distance and your computer reckoned you were only doing 20 mpg then you wouldn't get many miles showing at all. It should increase as you drive further and the engine wams up.

I'm due for new insurance, and am being quote £340 approximately fully comp. Now considering I am 25, have been driving 8 years and have 8 years no claims bonus, I think your insurance company might be doing you out of a quid or two?? Or are other (more mature) Eos drivers experiencing the same(ish) renewal insurance figures? Maybe I'm just being quoted a really good deal...? :p or on the contrary, does anyone have any cheaper?
